Week #16 Feature🏆

The Week #16 feature goes to Marty D. Snow, for his submission titled, What a Wonderful World. Really just a beautiful post — I love so much about it! It’s also kinda funny — I’d wondered for a minute there if he was going to miss out on the feature because it was too long, but it came in at 1454 words😁 so all good there!

I think my favorite part of this is where he zeroes in on gratitude. But I ain’t going to quote it. Because, I’d rather you read your way to it😉

Here’s a bonus from Marty that I think really correlates with this week’s prompt! It was technically the runner up on Week #7, and made my decision very difficult. That’s why I said it was funny before, and am very glad he was under the 1500 word limit.

Now here’s this week’s prompt, Bring the Pain, by Method Man.

“Bring the Pain“ is a song recorded by American rapper Method Man, released as the first single from his debut album, Tical (1994).

This aggressive opener to Meth’s solo career exemplifies his ability to blend raw energy with lyrical finesse. The lyric became a rallying cry for Hip Hop purists, showcasing his gritty style while proving he could hold his own as a solo artist outside of Wu-Tang. (Via Revolt)
