Really liked this. And loved the quote about religion and of it being/us being a slave to ghost of old books. So so true. And love this idea of daily meditating on loving kindness. Think I might incorporate that into my daily routine, especially last thing at night when everyone has wound me up and I've made so many mistakes. Loving kindness to me and to them! Will read the "on religion" post later today :)
